As Paul closes his second letter to the Corinthians, he urges believers to test themselves—to see if their faith is genuine. Just as Eve was deceived by the serpent, we too can be led astray by pride, selfishness, and sin. In 2 Corinthians 11–13, Paul reminds us to examine our hearts, look for the fruit of the Spirit, and guard against spiritual deception. True faith produces evidence of Christ’s life within us—love, peace, humility, and obedience to His Word.
